Identifier: 2nd Derivative Test

The directions of the problem flat out telling you, “Use the second derivative to determine the local extrema of the given function.”
The problem only provides you with the second derivative data and the critical values, but asks you about local extrema.
You are asked to determine the relative extrema, and you just prefer this method over the 1^st Derivative Test method.
