          Often times they will just use the term “initial value” in the directions of the problem.

          You are asked to find a specific solution to a given indefinite integral.

          You are given a specific point, ( x ,y), that must be on the solution to an indefinite integral.

          This method is used quite frequently in terms of physics application problems.
