Identifier: Derivative of Constants
- You have a number alone with no variable in its term.

- You are told a parameter of your equation is a constant.
Sometimes you will see them state in the description of a problem that certain parameters are constants (i.e., “treat k, b, and w as constants). They are doing that because they want to leave out a real number for the parameter, but still want you to find the derivative of the equation.
